Casey - Owner/Groomer
Casey started her career as a Bather in 2011 & became certified groomer 2012! After years of dreaming about it, Casey opened Baths Bows & Biscuits in January 2021
She has always had a passion for working with dogs and has worked in the animal care industry for much of her life. Her experience ranges from working in big corporate salons, private salons, as well as boarding/training facilities.
She strives to make the grooming experience as stress-free as possible. She believes it is a must to have a great deal of patience and create trust, as well as the ability to read dogs' body language. She strives to not only help pets feel & look their best but to help educate pet parents in the best in between maintenance. Casey enjoys building a bond with the pets in her care to help them have the best experience possible. She takes great pride in her work and always puts pets in her care first.
Casey believes that there is always something new to learn in the grooming industry and strives to learn new ways to keep pets happy and healthy. She keeps up to date on the latest grooming trends, equipment, and products by attending trade shows and seminars. She enjoys grooming shih tzus & Mini Doodles!
Casey & her husband Jamie are the proud parents of 5 dogs Sjay, Luna, Vader, Quill & River, 2 cats Sunday & Sushi & axolotl named Gotham.
Outside the salon she enjoys photography, crafting/creating, collecting crystals, music & spending every chance she gets near the water!
Jamie - Bather/Assistant
Jamie started his career with pets in 2018 as a Bather. He is our occasional bather/helper & is often the front door greeter! He is a professional dog snuggler & spoiler! He can often be found on the floor giving all the pats & love to pups!
He rates the best cuddlers as #1 Doodles, # 2 Golden Retrievers & #3 all the puppies!
Jamie is called dad by his son, Patrick. He shares 4 dogs, 2 cats & a axolotl with his wife Casey!
Outside of the salon Jamie enjoys video games, jamming on the guitar & thrifting all the goodies! He also enjoys spending time sitting by the fire with friends & family.
